After nine months in development Baobella.com has finally launched.
Baobella is a new social network for beauty lovers; a place to share tips, tutorials and inspiration.
I was appointed to develop an identity for the new brand, as well as the design the social network website.
The name means, in a mixture of Chinese and Italian, ‘Beauty Bag’, while the ‘double B’ mark incorporated within the logo is a representation of beauty, shaped like a butterfly. The identity uses soft skin colours and feminine pinks to achieve a warm, unique look that will stand out from its competitors.
