My name is Rich and I have a 1st class degree from the London College of Communication, a one-year diploma gained working abroad in Italy, and nine years experience in the creative industry as an Art Director and Designer.
I see creativity as problem solving and use design to develop rationale and strategic concepts. I create creative platforms for global advertising and marketing campaigns that consist of everything from direct mail and social to out of home advertising and global TV ads.
My passion lies in my design background, which taught me to always have reasoning for every aesthetic decision. I have also developed a strong passion for brand strategy and identity which has grown from creating new brands for an online beauty startup, a telecoms company, a pharmacy and two housing associations.
Overall what I believe in, and strive for every day, is a strategic creative idea that is solved with challenging rationalised visual thinking and design.
I am currently working as a senior creative leading the creative output across numerous clients in a creative team of twenty. I create and develop concepts, as well being the go-to person for design and detail. Within the agency I work alongside, direct and manage creatives of all kinds from copywriters and designers to developers and producers.
